Accounting packages vary depending on owner and property needs. Most include the following:
- Payment of utility services
- Payment of mortgages
- Payment of insurance
- Payment of taxes
- Payment for vendor services
- Payment for any other property related services
Mortgage payments and other routine expenses can be set up for direct debit. Monthly statements are sent via email between the 12th and 17th of the month. They are completed alphabetically by owner's last name. Funds are forwarded via direct deposit. Month end packages may include:
- Bank Property Journal
- General Ledger Transaction Journal
- Owner Statement
- Yearly Income Statement
- Monthly Rent Roll
- Direct Deposit Receipt
Yearly statements are mailed by February 15 for the previous year. Our Accounting Department consists of a Controller, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable. Our Controller is available at any time to discuss questions related to your property's finances.
